The MyClassicGarage Site is an online service that provides classic car collectors with the finest array of tools available to track and manage their classic car collection, from purchase to sale. We provide this Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information in connection with the MyClassicGarage Services. This Policy will also inform you of the choices you have regarding information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Registration.

We collect information from you when you register as a “User” of the MyClassicGarage Site. We ask for certain information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, such as email address, name, phone number and/or credit card information (collectively, “Personal information”). We may also collect information from you as part of registration and the personalization of your Content that cannot reasonably be used to identify or contact you (e.g., username, age, individual preferences, and information related to Dream Cars) (collectively, “Other Information”). We may use your Personal Information and your Other Information in order to improve the quality and value of the MyClassicGarage Services and to analyze and understand how the MyClassicGarage Services are being used.

Child Information Policy.

This MyClassicGarage Services are not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information or Other Information from children under 14. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information or Other Information without their consent, he or she should contact us info@MyClassicGarage.com. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided us with Personal Information or Other Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Cookies.

MyClassicGarage Services uses “cookies” to collect information. We use cookies in order to save your login information for future logins to the MyClassicGarage Services. You may instruct your browser, by changing the settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Communications and Updates.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with updates to the MyClassicGarage Services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.

Customer Service.

We may use your Personal Information to answer any questions and/or inquires you may have related to the MyClassicGarage Services.

Social Networking Sites.

We may share the information in your MyClassicGarage account (including your Personal Information, Other Information and any Content you have posted) with the Social Networking Site(s) (“SNS”) that you have linked to your MyClassicGarage account. An SNS has access to such information only for this purpose unless the SNS has received your Personal Information independently of the MyClassicGarage Services.

Facebook.

We allow Users to link their Facebook upon registration. You can then post recent activity on the MyClassicGarage Services back to their Facebook account. You will be prompted to decide whether or not your activity on the MyClassicGarage Services will be shared and disclosed on your Facebook service. You can disable the foregoing feature at any time by logging into your profile and selecting de-linking your Facebook account.

Third Party Sites.

MyClassicGarage Services may contain links to third party websites and online services. If you choose to visit another website or online service by clicking on the link, you will be directed to that third party’s website or online service. Such online services include without limitation online payment sites (e.g., paypal, stripe), insurance quote sites, shipping sites, transportation sites, and other SNSs (e.g., Facebook, Twitter). The fact that we may link to these third party sites is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information policies. Other sites follow different policies regarding the information they collect and we encourage our Users to read the privacy policies or statements of other sites before providing any personal information.

4. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING INFORMATION

E-mail Communications.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive updates, messages, or communications from the MyClassicGarage Services, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of those communications.

Cookies.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to accept cookies from the MyClassicGarage Services which save your login information for future logins to your account, you may change your browser settings to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

De-Linking SNS.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to have your SNS account linked to your MyClassicGarage account then you may de-link the SNS account in your account settings.

Changing or Deleting Your Information.

All Users may review, update, correct or delete any Personal Information or Other Information in their User account by contacting us or by editing their profile in account settings. If you completely delete all of your Personal Information then your user account may be deactivated. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor any requests.

5. SECURITY

We strive to protect our Users from unauthorized access or disclosure of information in our possession. In order to secure access to your account and Personal Information, MyClassicGarage Services are password-protected. Any sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption. We regularly check and review the information we have collected in order to better protect against any possible vulnerabilities.
