GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe for purchase. The Corvette launched its 2nd generation with the birth of the Stingray with a complete redesign barely resembling its predecessors. The Stingray was lighter, had independent suspension, and was aerodynamically tested. The only American cars that could produce similar speed were large, heavy Super Stock optioned Mopars and Super Duty Pontiacs. For the first time, the United States had mass produced a true all-around sports car.
This ’65 Corvette looks great in Goldwood Yellow fresh off a recent restoration. It has plenty of curb appeal with the ’67 big block hood, trim rings, and caps to add to the mean road carving appearance. It’s powered by a 1966 counter-exchange 327ci 300 horsepower V8 engine and 4-speed manual transmission. The paint shines beautifully and with new bumpers, new taillights, new gas tank, and a new windshield this Stingray is ready for its next owner! Please call or email for more details!
